I am a twenty-one year old who loves the simplicity and beauty of life. That's what got me started into photography. When I was younger, I would take photos of flowers in my yard and I realized, "Whoah, the background is blurry and I like it." That realization made me take more and more photos of everything and anything. No, the photos weren't good if that's what you were thinking. They were your typical photos taken by a fourth grader with an iPad. I received my first camera in eight grade for Christmas. But in the past few years, my photography journey really started. I learned how to use actually use a camera instead of just pointing it at random things and hoping for the best.
Outside of photography, I am busy being a cat mom of two cats. One of my favorite things to do is learn. Learning more and more about all things photography fills a LOT of my free time.
I consider the outdoors to be my safe place. I could be hiking in a state park or laying in a hammock in my backyard and feel completely content. Especially with some good country music or Taylor Swift, I could be outside all day. My favorite childhood memories include camping at various state parks in Wisconsin.
The only thing I love more than traveling across the country is being home with my pets and family. I know, two totally different things. I guess I'm a wanderlust homebody, if that's even possible. When I'm in the mountains of Colorado or on the beaches of Hawaii, I am loving every minute, but also thinking about being home.

Tennessee will always have a special place in my heart
To me, there is something so special about being able to hold memories close to your heart. Memories are so important to me. I understand that time does not stop. And while that can be a very good thing, it means that you'll never be able to experience certain moments, such as your wedding day for example. I believe it's important to have photos to be able to still "relive" your special memories. You deserve to have photos that bring you back t0 an exact moment in time. When you see those photos, you can still feel those emotions you felt however long ago. You should be flooded with nostalgia and happiness when you see your wedding photos, engagement photos, senior photos, etc.
That is why I edit my photos the way I do. I give them a warm, creamy look so that when you see them, it gives you a warm, dreamy feeling. The photos are personal to you. I give my photos a timeless, authentic look. When I'm photographing you, I give you a mix of poses and prompts, so that the images are a mix of genuine feelings and beautiful smiles. When I'm shooting, I use a multiple lenses so that when you look at your photos, some seem like you are in that exact moment and others seem like you are looking in at a moment frozen in time.
